The Royal Ambassador is group of males between 9 - 24 years that responds to the lord’s command to make disciple of all nations, teaching and evangelizing God’s word. We believe that as an Ambassador, we are to proclaim the word of God to people who are yet to be born again. Furthermore, we hold some special programs within and outside the church environment.
GA helps girls grow in their spiritual development as they learn the biblical basis of missions and discover their part in God's plan. Designed with girls' unique characteristics in mind, GA helps girls grow spiritually, recognizing the varying developmental stages of girls in each grade.
This is a department in UBC with the duties of interpreting words during every service in the church and translating articles, outlines and other documnets given by the church to form the languages into English or Yoruba. It enhances bettter communication of what is being said or to be read in the church through the translation of an original word or sentence to another.
The Teenagers Section is tasked with the responsibility of leading her teens to knowing the Lord intimately, capacity building and encouraging teens in their academic, intellectually and social pursuits through teaching the Word, Empowerment programmes, Retreats and Bible Quiz.
The Children Section with a population of over 200 children with trained and competent teachers and care-givers is saddled with a commitment to caring for children of different age groups such as Pre-schoolers, Younger and Older Children. The Children Section does the Lord's bidding to train children in His ways through effective sunday school, celebrative christian worship, retreats, extra curricular activities such as sports, indoor and outdoor games etc, end of the year party and Holiday Bible School (HBS) during the summer.
The Freshers’ Unit is a department that attends to the welfare of LAUTECH newly admitted students and welcomes them to the Royal Priesthood Family. The Freshers’ Unit consists of over 10 members of the church because it is a sensitive unit in the church.
This is a unit that offers comfort to the weary, encouragement to the lost, the forsaken and discouraged. It offers relief to the needy and the orphans.
This is a gathering of believers at UBC that is in charge of cleaning the church of God and its environment at any required ti e most especially on Saturdays by 06:30PM
This is a unit of the Church where we usher people in and out of the church. We help to direct members of the Church, visitors and officiating ministers for spiritual worship, ensure orderliness during the worship sessions as well as cleaning and arranging the chairs before the commencement of any worship service.
The Royal Priesthood Prayer Unit exist to intercede for University Baptist Church. We stand in gap in the place of prayer for all members of the church - children, teenagers, youth, adult, the Aged and the Pastorate).
Vision: to build a department in University Baptist Church Ogbomoso which would totally be responsible for every printing, publicity and press coverage of the church. This is to integrate all publicity work of various departments into this group and thereby providing results of top and best quality.
The Decorating unit beautifies, adores and honours, a place (the church) with creativity. As a church decorator, we also entrust ourselves to minister the gospel with our decorations using colours and fabrics.
The Lydia Auxiliary department is a unit of the Church under the umbrella of the Women Missionary Society of the Nigerian Baptist Convention for young women who are unmarried from 17 years of age.
We learn and teach both spiritual and physical truth to build a well-balanced and established Christian, living a life of prayer and intercession, ministering the powerful, life transforming word of God carefully received with excellence.
The UBC Library Unit is an educational department of the church that focuses on educational growth of people by stimulating and encouraging reading habit in members of the Church. We are opened on specific days of the week such as Mondays, Thursdays, Saturday and Sundays after worship service. We have books in the area of Spiritual, Marital, Academic, Financial and Personal development.
The Sunday school department is a unit of the Church where the Word of God is being taught, discussed and also where questions about the kingdom are clarified. It is a strategic department which provides growth for believers.
The UBC Reading class is an exciting place to be in which we instill the reading and studying culture into youth for proficient leadership.
The Royal Priesthood Mass Choir (RPMC) and Adult Choir (RPAC) consists of youths, men and women who willingly give their lives to the service of the Lord through songs. RPMC has over 100 choristers and meet regularly on Mondays (6pm) and Fridays (5pm) while RPAC has over 20 choristers and meet regulary on Thursdays (5pm)
We cater for the welfare of youths in the church, organize different productive programs to engage youths in spiritual, intellectual, mental, skill and health development.

The Education Unit consists of the Sunday School Department, Discipleship Unit, Reading Class, Drama Department, Library And Academic Unit. The Ministry has been known for teaching, accountability, relationship building, influence and good Christian conduct.
The Department exist to equipped men for life and godliness through preaching, praise, possession and purpose. 2 Peter 1:3
